VIRSCEND EDU (01565) has disclosed that on July 16th, the company executed a share buyback transaction, spending a total of HK$401,400 to repurchase 2.1 million of its own shares.

This share repurchase activity was carried out in accordance with the company's established policies and relevant regulatory guidelines.
