AI ENERGY ENG (01751) has announced that Mr. Zhang Xi'an has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective May 15, 2026. Also effective from May 15, 2026: Mr. Tan Deji has resigned from his roles as Independent Non-executive Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee to focus on other matters; Ms. Zhang Zhang has resigned from her positions as Independent Non-executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Remuneration Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee to focus on other matters; and Ms. Chen Yunxia has resigned from her roles as Independent Non-executive Director, member of the Audit Committee, and member of the Nomination Committee to focus on other matters.

Mr. Su Jia has been appointed as an Executive Director, effective May 15, 2026.
