Alibaba Health Information Technology Limited (Ali Health) has released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and related committee assignments, effective after the close of business on 15 May 2026. The re-constituted Board consists of seven members, divided as follows:

• Executive Directors: Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Shen Difan and Executive Director Sheng Mengyue.

• Non-executive Directors: Huang Jiaojiao and Xu Haipeng.

• Independent Non-executive Directors: Huang Yi Fei (Vanessa), Dr. Shao Rong and Wu May Yihong.

Committee roles have been adjusted to align with the new Board composition:

1. Audit Committee – Chair: Wu May Yihong – Members: Huang Jiaojiao, Huang Yi Fei (Vanessa), Dr. Shao Rong

2. Nomination Committee – Chair: Huang Yi Fei (Vanessa) – Member: Dr. Shao Rong

3. Remuneration Committee – Chair: Shen Difan – Members: Wu May Yihong and Dr. Shao Rong

The updated structure maintains a majority of independent non-executive directors, consistent with corporate governance best practices aimed at enhancing oversight and safeguarding shareholder interests.
