China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has released its AI Small Business Entrepreneurship Support Plan (2026-2028). This document outlines a comprehensive framework to nurture AI-driven small and medium-sized enterprises. The program is designed to offer crucial backing in computing power, technological development, and financing access to support these ventures.

According to the plan, within a three-year period, China intends to incubate over 10,000 new tech-focused and innovative SMEs.
