China Everbright Bank Company Limited (Stock code: 6818) announced the appointment of Ms. Yeung Siu Wai Kitty as Joint Company Secretary, effective 11 February 2026. From the date of this announcement, Ms. Yeung replaces the outgoing Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Lee Mei Yi, and will also serve as the process agent in Hong Kong. The board of directors expressed gratitude to Ms. Lee for her contributions during her tenure.

Ms. Yeung, a senior manager of company secretarial services at Tricor Services Limited under Vistra Group, brings over 15 years of corporate secretarial experience. She is a Chartered Secretary, a Chartered Governance Professional, and an associate of both The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and The Chartered Governance Institute in the United Kingdom. She holds a bachelor’s degree of social sciences in administration and public management from City University of Hong Kong and a master’s degree of corporate governance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.

Additionally, The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited confirmed that Mr. Zhang Xuyang meets the qualification to serve as the Company Secretary of China Everbright Bank, and Mr. Zhang will continue as another Joint Company Secretary.
