On October 31, 2025, WEBX INTL HLDGS (08521) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, WEBX Kuangshi Limited (the Buyer), entered into a lease service agreement with Pansemi (Singapore) Pte. Ltd (the Supplier or Pansemi) to purchase computing power.

The service period runs from November 1, 2025, to October 31, 2026. The total fee payable by the Buyer for the computing power amounts to $3.9 million USD, which must be paid in full in a one-time USD payment to the Supplier's designated account within three calendar days after signing the agreement.

The Supplier will only allocate and deliver the computing power after receiving the full payment. The Supplier is required to allocate and activate an effective computing power of 897,726 trillion hashes per second for the Buyer.
