CITIC SEC (06030) announced that CSI MTN Limited, a subsidiary of the company's wholly-owned overseas subsidiary CITIC Securities International Limited (CITIC Securities International), established an overseas medium-term note program on March 29, 2022, which is guaranteed by CITIC Securities International.
Based on the maturity schedule of existing notes and actual business development requirements, the issuer issued three notes under the medium-term note program on August 15 and 18, 2025, with a combined issuance amount of USD 20.5 million. Following this issuance, the aggregate principal balance of notes issued by the issuer under the medium-term note program totals USD 3.279 billion.
