XTALPI Repurchases 165,000 Shares on 3 Sep; Cumulative Buybacks Reach 1.54 Million Under 2026 Mandate

On 3 September 2026, XTALPI Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 165,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 1.19 million. The purchase was executed at prices ranging from HKD 7.18 to HKD 7.20 per share, implying an average outlay of roughly HKD 7.18 per share.

Including the 1.38 million shares bought back on 2 September at an average HKD 7.18, the company now holds 1.54 million shares pending cancellation. This volume represents 0.04% of the 4.30 billion shares in issue as at the 20 May 2026 annual general meeting, when shareholders approved a mandate allowing XTALPI to repurchase up to 430.34 million shares.

Despite the recent buybacks, XTALPI’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 4.30 billion shares as of 3 September 2026, with no treasury shares on the balance sheet. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales until 3 October 2026.
