Sing Holdings Limited announced that its share transfer books and register of members will close at 5.00 p.m. on May, 13 2026 to determine shareholders’ entitlements under its proposed bonus share issue.

Shareholders whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares at 5.00 p.m. on the record date will receive the bonus shares, while duly completed and stamped transfers lodged with Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. by the same time will also be eligible.
