Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL (STGT) announced that on Sep, 24 2026 it bought back 1,000,000 of its own shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at 11.00 Thai baht each, spending approximately 0.42 million Singapore dollars.

The purchase forms part of a share repurchase plan approved on May, 08 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 62,100,000 shares, or 2.17 per cent of its paid-up capital, by Nov, 07 2026.

Including the latest transaction, STGT has cumulatively repurchased 14,500,000 shares, representing 0.51 per cent of its paid-up capital, for a total consideration of about 5.93 million Singapore dollars.
