China Railway Signal & Communication Corporation Limited (CRSC) has scheduled a board meeting for 27 October 2026. The agenda includes consideration and approval of the company’s consolidated results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, covering the third-quarter period.

The session will be chaired by Chairman Lou Qiliang. Other executive director Dong Baoliang, non-executive directors Ding Shaobin and employee director Qiu Wei, along with independent non-executive directors Yao Cho Fai Andrew, Fu Junyuan and Zhan Kai are expected to attend.
