Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust (CRPU) said its Chief Financial Officer, Xie Jianfeng, has resigned to pursue other business opportunities in China, with his last day set for Sep, 26 2025.

The trust’s manager, Sasseur Asset Management, added that current Financial Controller Jia Yali (Ella) will oversee finance functions in the interim while a search for a permanent CFO is under way.

\n\n

Further announcements will be made to the Singapore Exchange once a new CFO is appointed, the manager said.
