OMNIBRIDGE HLDG: Yuet Han Yong Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 48.42%

On May 28, 2026, Yuet Han Yong bought 800,000 shares of OMNIBRIDGE HLDG (08462) at an average of HKD 0.1086 per share, involving about HKD 86,880.

Prior to the acquisition, Yuet Han Yong's long position in OMNIBRIDGE HLDG was 289.74 million shares, representing 48.29%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 290.54 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 48.42%.
