BINHAI TEDA (08348) has announced a change to its domestic auditor.

The company stated that the term of its current domestic auditor, Zhongxingcai Guanghua Certified Public Accountants LLP (special general partnership), will expire upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting. As the firm's head office has been suspended from business operations for one year by an administrative penalty from the Ministry of Finance, it is unable to continue providing audit services for the 2026 fiscal year.

To ensure the stable and smooth progress of the company's 2026 audit work, the decision has been made to appoint a new domestic auditor for that year.

Following a recommendation from the company's audit committee, the board of directors has resolved to propose the appointment of Daxin Certified Public Accountants LLP (special general partnership) as the domestic auditor, succeeding Zhongxingcai Guanghua upon its retirement.
