The company announced that its subsidiary, Trio AI, has entered into a cooperation agreement with HGC Global Communications (HGC) to establish a strategic partnership. Under the arrangement, Trio AI will provide AI Acceleration Server (AIAS) services, aiming to deliver high-performance AI-driven computing solutions for enterprise clients. Additionally, the two parties will jointly develop and deploy AI infrastructure and services, leveraging Trio AI's advanced computing hardware and HGC's extensive communication network and customer reach.

Notably, earlier this month, YEE HOP HLDGS disclosed that Trio AI had formed another strategic partnership with ABBY Pay. The collaboration will focus on: co-developing AI-based payment processing solutions; integrating the Trio AI platform into ABBY Pay's payment infrastructure; testing and validating AI-driven payment innovations through pilot projects; knowledge sharing, technical workshops, and training programs; as well as joint marketing and promotional campaigns for successful initiatives.
