Seres Group Co., Ltd. (SERES) has declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.80 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to a new announcement released on 30 March 2026.

The distribution remains subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for 22 April 2026. Upon approval, the dividend is expected to be paid on or before 21 June 2026.

For shareholders registered on the Hong Kong share register, the dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars; the applicable exchange rate, ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period and tax withholding arrangements will be announced separately.

The company did not announce any warrants or convertible securities affecting the dividend.

The board currently comprises four executive directors, four non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors.
