CHINA CHENGTONG Development Group has announced that its wholly-owned indirect subsidiary, Chengtong Financial Leasing, has entered into a sale and leaseback agreement with a lessee.
The agreement, dated July 2, 2026, involves the purchase of certain photovoltaic power generation equipment from the lessee, which will then be leased back to the same party for a period of two years. The lease term may be terminated early under the specific terms and conditions outlined in the agreement.
As of the announcement date, the group's primary business operations encompass leasing, property development and investment, maritime tourism services, and hotel management. The group's leasing activities are principally conducted through Chengtong Financial Leasing.
This sale and leaseback arrangement was executed as part of Chengtong Financial Leasing's ordinary and daily business activities. The company anticipates generating approximately RMB 1.8 million in revenue from this transaction, equivalent to around HKD 2.07 million, which represents the lease interest income from the arrangement.
