On September 16, the "Guangdong Province Action Plan for Accelerating AI Empowerment of the Toy Industry (2025-2027)" was officially released. The plan supports enterprises in developing easily embeddable AI chips, AI plugins, AI modules and other products. It also supports research institutions and AI technology service companies in vigorously developing industrial scenario AI agents, promoting low-cost implementation of AI specialized technologies in toy enterprises. The plan encourages leading chain enterprises to establish open AI development platforms to serve companies in the supply chain. It also encourages qualified cities to explore providing certain support for enterprises and platforms using intelligent computing power for AI toy large model training and computing costs.
