CNBM: BlackRock, Inc. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 4.89%

On September 23, 2026, BlackRock, Inc. disposed of 22.39 million H shares of CNBM (03323) in an off-exchange transaction involving non-cash assets.

Prior to the disposal, BlackRock's long position in CNBM was 204.00 million shares, representing 5.49% of the issued H shares; following the disposal, the holding changed to 181.61 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 4.89%.
