TradeGo Fintech Limited disclosed a repurchase of 688,000 ordinary shares on 19 August 2026, carried out on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging between HK$1.195 and HK$1.225, for a total consideration of approximately HK$0.83 million. The volume-weighted average repurchase price was HK$1.21 per share.

Following the transaction, TradeGo’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.10 % to 700.92 million, while treasury shares rose to 49.08 million. The company’s total issued share capital remains unchanged at 750.00 million shares, as the repurchased stock has been retained as treasury shares rather than cancelled.

The repurchase was executed under the mandate approved on 30 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 70.69 million shares. To date, TradeGo has repurchased 12.87 million shares under this authority, representing 1.82 % of the company’s issued shares at the mandate’s approval date. In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, TradeGo is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 September 2026.
