Geo Energy Resources Limited on Dec, 09 2025 transferred 100,000 treasury shares to satisfy the exercise of options granted under the Geo Energy Share Option Scheme.

The company’s treasury-share holding declined to 1,877,467 from 1,977,467, representing 0.131% of its 1,432,401,646 issued shares outstanding after the transfer, compared with 0.138% beforehand.

The shares transferred were valued at about 0.03 million Singapore dollars.
