Food Empire Holdings Limited announced the transfer of 572,000 treasury shares on Mar, 9 2026 to satisfy awards under its employees’ share option schemes.

The company held 1,632,574 treasury shares, equal to 0.298% of its outstanding share capital, before the transaction. After the transfer, its treasury stock balance decreased to 1,060,574 shares, or 0.193% of shares in issue.

The transferred shares are valued at about 1.15 million Singapore dollars based on the weighted average cost of treasury shares on hand.
