Shenzhen International Holdings Limited announced a comprehensive update to its governance structure, effective 30 July 2026.

The board now consists of eight members:

• Executive Directors – Li Haitao (Chairman), Liu Zhengyu (Chief Executive Officer), Wang Peihang and Liu Xiuli. • Non-Executive Director – Cai Xiaoping. • Independent Non-Executive Directors – Zeng Zhi, Wang Guowen, Ding Chunyan and Cheng Chuange.

Committee assignments have been realigned as follows:

Audit Committee • Chair – Zeng Zhi • Members – Cai Xiaoping, Wang Guowen and Ding Chunyan

Nomination Committee • Chair – Liu Zhengyu • Members – Wang Peihang and Ding Chunyan

Remuneration and Appraisal Committee • Chair – Wang Guowen • Members – Wang Peihang and Ding Chunyan

Sustainability Committee • Chair – Cheng Chuange • Members – Li Haitao, Liu Zhengyu, Ding Chunyan and Cheng Chuange

The changes consolidate leadership under Chairman Li Haitao and CEO Liu Zhengyu while broadening independent oversight across all four committees. No financial figures were disclosed in the announcement.
