Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. (HKEX: 01658) has announced the appointment of Song Xiaodong as a non-executive director.

The bank stated it recently received official approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration for Mr. Song's appointment as a director.

In accordance with relevant regulations, Mr. Song Xiaodong assumed the role of non-executive director of the bank effective from June 1, 2026, for a term of three years.

Concurrently, Mr. Song will serve as a member of the Board's Strategic Planning Committee and the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee.

Following Mr. Song's appointment, Mr. Ding Xiangming has resigned from his positions as non-executive director, member of the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee, and member of the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, citing changes in his work arrangements.
