AGILE GROUP (03383) announced that the aggregate presales amount of the Group, its joint ventures, associates, and real estate projects managed under the "AGILE" brand reached approximately RMB640 million in November 2025, representing a year-on-year decline of 46.7%. The corresponding gross floor area sold was approximately 70,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB9,083 per square meter.

For the first 11 months ending November 30, 2025, the Group's total presales amounted to approximately RMB8.08 billion, down 45.2% compared to the same period last year. The total gross floor area sold was approximately 886,000 square meters, with an average selling price of RMB9,113 per square meter.
