BRETON (01333) has announced that KPMG, the company's auditor, retired upon the conclusion of the 2025 annual general meeting held on June 25, 2026, and was not reappointed.

On July 10, 2026, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the company's board of directors resolved to propose the appointment of Rongcheng (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the auditor for the financial year ending December 31, 2026. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting and will remain effective until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
