Hong Kong, 6 May 2026 — The Wharf (Holdings) Limited released its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026, confirming that the company’s share structure and public float remained unchanged throughout the month.
The total number of issued ordinary shares stood at 3.06 billion, with no treasury shares on the books. There were no share issuances, cancellations, repurchases or transfers during April, leaving the issued share count exactly in line with the March closing level.
Management affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 30 April 2026.
Under the Share Option Scheme approved on 11 May 2023, no options were outstanding and none were exercised in April. The scheme still allows for up to 305.60 million ordinary shares to be issued should future options be granted and exercised.
The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertible instruments, Hong Kong depositary receipts or other equity-linked agreements during the period. Consequently, no capital was raised in April 2026.
Director and Company Secretary Kevin C. Y. Hui submitted the return on behalf of Wharf Holdings.
