Shanghai Xizhi Technology Co., Ltd. (“XIZHI TECH-P”) announced the full transition to electronic delivery of all future corporate communications in line with the amended Listing Rules effective 31 December 2023.

The company will publish English and Chinese versions of its reports, circulars, notices and other documents solely on its official website (www.xztech.ai) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon request.

For non-registered shareholders, no physical notification of each new online release will be issued. Stakeholders are therefore required to proactively check the two designated websites to access newly posted materials.

Shareholders wishing to continue receiving hard copies may submit the prescribed request form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or send an email to 1879-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the end of the next financial year unless revoked or superseded.
