The stock of Trip.com Group-S (ASX: 09961) has climbed more than 3%. At the time of writing, it is up 2.44% to HK$377.4, with a trading volume of HK$470 million.

The increase follows an announcement from the company's official social media account. On June 8th, the WeChat Open Class released a guide for developers to access the WeChat AI ecosystem. The WeChat Open Platform stated it would provide developers with the capability to easily connect to this AI ecosystem, based on full respect for developer rights and independent choice, allowing them to voluntarily authorize access. The Trip.com mini-program has been included as one of the first batch of developers in the internal testing phase, having completed initial access adaptation. In the future, it plans to integrate the WeChat AI Agent into its core service scenarios, including hotel bookings, flight inquiries, vacation packages, and travel services.
