Illegal Land Occupation! Wengfu Group Fined 211,200 Yuan

Recently, it was learned from Credit China that Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd. was fined 211,200 yuan by the Fuquan Natural Resources Bureau for illegal land occupation. The bureau also confiscated the newly constructed buildings and other facilities on the illegally occupied land (total area: 2,112.39 square meters) by Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd.

According to preliminary investigation, Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd. illegally occupied land in Ganbashao Village (locality: Anjiaping), Machangping Street Office, Fuquan City without authorization to construct the phosphogypsum quality improvement and modification key technology research and demonstration construction project and its auxiliary facilities. This behavior violated Article 44 of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China, constituting suspected illegal land occupation.

Wengfu (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wengfu Group or the Company) was established on April 18, 2008, with Chen Shaoping as the legal representative. It is one of the five major phosphate fertilizer bases built by the state during the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" and "Ninth Five-Year Plan" periods to ensure national food security and fill the domestic gap in high-concentration phosphate compound fertilizers. The company has a registered capital of 4.609 billion yuan, with shareholders including CHINA CINDA (01359.HK) and Guizhou Phosphate Group. It has 38 wholly-owned and controlled subsidiaries, 11 associated subsidiaries, and over 7,400 employees. The company has established four major production and R&D bases with Fuquan, Guizhou as the core, supported by Jinchang in Gansu, Dazhou in Sichuan, and Shanghang in Fujian, and is currently advancing the construction of its fifth core base.
