According to data from Omdia, global shipments of wearable devices exceeded 200 million units in 2025, representing a 6% year-on-year increase. Xiaomi reclaimed the top position for the first time since 2020, capturing 18% of the market share to become the world's largest wearable device manufacturer by annual shipments. Apple followed closely in second place with a 17% share, while Huawei ranked third with 16%. Market consolidation is evident, with the top five vendors also including Samsung (9%) and Garmin (5%). Competition among the top three vendors is particularly intense.
