• Dual-language access – The English and Chinese versions are available on both the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk) and the company site (www.milanstation.shop).

• Paperless transition – In line with HKEX Listing Rule 2.07, Milan Station will distribute all future corporate communications electronically. Shareholders are expected to obtain materials online unless a specific request for printed copies is made.

• Non-registered shareholders – Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians or HKSCC Nominees must provide a functional email address to those intermediaries to receive electronic alerts. Without an email on record, such investors will have to monitor the two websites proactively; actionable corporate communications will continue to be sent in hard copy until an address is provided.
