CoreWeave, Inc. (CRWV) surged 5.20% in pre-market trading on Thursday, bouncing back strongly after two consecutive sessions of declines that had erased over 10% of the company's market value amid heavy insider selling pressure.

The rally was driven by reports that CoreWeave has improved the terms on a $2.6 billion loan facility designed to provide additional computing power for enterprise clients including Anthropic. The revised loan terms have helped alleviate market concerns over the company's high-leverage expansion model and debt burden, which had been a key overhang on the stock in recent weeks.

The rebound comes despite ongoing scrutiny of insider transactions, with CEO Michael Intrator and Chief Development Officer Brannin McBee having collectively reduced their holdings by hundreds of thousands of shares in recent weeks through pre-arranged 10b5-1 trading plans. The improved financing terms appear to have shifted investor focus back to CoreWeave's growth potential, with the company's next earnings report scheduled for August 11 widely anticipated by the market.
