Powermatic Data Systems Limited announced a series of Board and Board-committee changes that will take effect on Dec, 31 2025.

Professor Cham Tao Soon will retire as Director, Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee (ARMC) and Remuneration Committee (RC), and as a member of the Nominating Committee (NC).

Upon his retirement, Mr Tang Wai Loong Kenneth will become Lead Independent Director while continuing as Chairman of the NC and a member of both the ARMC and RC.

Mr Teo Thiam Chye Eric will assume the role of ARMC Chairman and remain a member of the NC and RC.

Mr Teo Eng Hock will take over as RC Chairman and continue to serve on the ARMC and NC.

The overall Board will comprise: Chen Mun (Chairman and CEO), Ang Bee Yan, Tan Chao Hsiung David, Tang Wai Loong Kenneth, Teo Eng Hock, and Teo Thiam Chye Eric.
