The primary business of the target company is the operation of a gas station located in Wujiagang District, Yichang City, Hubei Province. This gas station is situated in a prime downtown location, adjacent to major roads and transportation hubs. The Board of Directors believes that, if materialized, the potential acquisition would provide the Group with an opportunity to expand its business scope into gas station operations, complementing its existing energy-related businesses and potentially contributing to its long-term business development.
