Dida Inc. has formally established an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee, effective 18 June 2026. The Board appointed executive director Li Jinlong as committee chairman, with fellow executive directors Li Yuejun and Duan Jianbo serving as members.

According to the Board statement, the committee’s terms of reference will be made available on both the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website and the company’s own site, outlining its scope of responsibilities and governance framework.

Following these appointments, Dida Inc.’s Board now comprises four executive directors—Song Zhongjie (also chairman and chief executive officer), Li Jinlong, Duan Jianbo and Li Yuejun—alongside three independent non-executive directors: Li Feng, Li Jian and Wu Wenjie.
