According to the January 2026 monthly return, COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) maintained its total authorized share capital at RMB5,465,220,839, split between 4,169,220,839 A shares and 1,296,000,000 H shares. All issued shares remained unchanged from the previous month, with no treasury shares held and no new issuances recorded.

The public float requirement for H shares was met as at January 31, 2026. Information on the Company’s 2023 A Share Option Incentive Scheme showed 22,309,600 outstanding options under the initial grant at an exercise price of RMB13.00 per share, alongside 4,635,800 outstanding options under the reserved grant at an exercise price of RMB12.09 per share; no share options were exercised during the reporting period.
