CNT GROUP: Prime Surplus Limited Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 50.32%

On August 31, 2026, Prime Surplus Limited bought 204,000 shares of CNT GROUP at an average of HKD 0.0910 per share, involving about HKD 18,564.

Prior to the acquisition, Prime Surplus Limited's long position in CNT GROUP was 957.77 million shares, representing 50.31%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 957.97 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 50.32%.
