Tiange Interactive Holdings Limited announced that its latest Annual General Meeting (AGM) circular is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (http://www.tiange.com/enInvestor/) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company is encouraging shareholders—especially non-registered holders—to access future corporate communications electronically. Investors who prefer email notifications can register a valid email address with their intermediary, while those who still require hard copies may request printed versions free of charge by following the procedures outlined on the company website.

Tiange reiterated that “corporate communications” cover directors’ reports, annual and interim financial statements (and any summaries), notices of meetings, listing documents, circulars and reply slips.
