Hanx Biopharmaceuticals (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (“HanxBio”) disclosed in a Next Day Disclosure Return that it bought back 144,100 H-class ordinary shares on 23 June 2026. The shares were repurchased on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 25.88 to HKD 27.48, for an aggregate consideration of HKD 3.82 million. All repurchased shares are being held as treasury stock.
Following the transaction, HanxBio’s issued share capital excluding treasury shares decreased by 0.11% to 134.70 million shares, while the treasury-share balance rose to 1.52 million shares. The company’s total issued shares remain unchanged at 136.22 million.
The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 12 February 2026 that authorises the company to buy back up to 13.62 million shares. Since the mandate was granted, HanxBio has repurchased 1.52 million shares, representing 1.12% of the issued share count on the mandate date, leaving 12.10 million shares available for further buybacks.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, HanxBio cannot issue new shares or dispose of treasury shares until 23 July 2026, 30 days after the latest repurchase. The company confirmed that the buyback was conducted in accordance with all applicable regulations and that no repurchased shares have been cancelled to date.
