Dongjiang Environmental Company Limited (ASX: 00895) has issued an announcement stating that its board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from the company's investor relations officer, Mr. Lindsheng Lin.

Mr. Lin has applied to resign from his position as the company's investor relations officer due to personal reasons. Following his resignation, he will no longer hold any position within the company.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the company's articles of association, the aforementioned resignation report became effective from the date it was delivered to the company's board of directors.
