China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 28 April 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province. The meeting’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the consolidated results for the three months ended 31 March 2026 and authorize their publication.

The board currently comprises one executive director, six non-executive directors, and four independent non-executive directors. The meeting will be chaired by Executive Director and President Tan Jian Xin.
