JD Industrials (Stock Code: 07618) has formally shifted to electronic dissemination of all corporate communications, aligning with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing framework that took effect on 31 December 2023.

Under Rule 2.07A of the Listing Rules, the company will make English and Chinese versions of future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—available on both its investor relations website (https://ir.jingdongindustrials.com) and the HKEXnews platform (https://www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are expected to check these sites proactively for updates.

Actionable corporate communications, which require shareholder instructions or elections, will be distributed individually by email. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to supply a functional email address by scanning the personalised QR code or returning the enclosed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. If no valid email address is provided, the company will default to sending printed copies of actionable materials along with a request form for electronic contact details.

Investors preferring hard-copy documents may submit a written request or email (JDIndustrials@computershare.com.hk). Such requests remain effective for one year from receipt.
