Shares of CHINA RUYI (00136) jumped more than 11% during intraday trading before paring gains. As of the time of writing, the stock rose 8.57% to HK$1.33, with turnover reaching HK$154 million.

According to reports, CHINA RUYI is accelerating its push into the AI sector, having recently launched two new AI products: Kaori Go, designed for content creation workflows, and the interactive content generation platform Yinghuo Gongchang. Together with C-LIVE, a tool focused on extracting action assets that debuted in June, these products span three stages of content production—upstream assets, midstream processes, and downstream outputs—establishing a complete AI-driven pipeline from raw materials to playable content.

The report highlights that the AI-generated content sector these three products target is rapidly heating up. Data from DataEye shows that China's micro-drama and AI-generated drama market surpassed the 100 billion yuan threshold in 2025, nearly doubling the national box office revenue. The combined market size is projected to reach 121 billion yuan by 2026, with AI-generated dramas exceeding 40 billion yuan. Additionally, the average daily user time spent on these platforms has hit 129 minutes, surpassing the average for long-form video platforms for the first time.
