Charmacy Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 2289) announced a proposed change of auditors in line with regulations that generally limit the continuous service of an accounting firm to no more than eight years. The existing auditor, ShineWing, which has served the company since 2017, will resign at the conclusion of the forthcoming extraordinary general meeting.

According to the announcement, ShineWing has confirmed in writing that there are no matters requiring the attention of shareholders, and there is no disagreement between the company and the outgoing auditor. The board of directors stated that the change will not materially affect the annual audit for the year ending December 31, 2025.

Charmacy Pharmaceutical intends to appoint Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP as the new auditor, subject to shareholder approval. The board and the audit committee concluded that Pan-China’s industry experience, resource capability, and familiarity with relevant accounting standards make it a suitable choice to continue providing audit services for the company’s upcoming financial statements.
