Zijin Mining has issued formal arrangements for its 2025 annual general meeting, confirming the session will begin at 9:00 a.m. on 5 June 2026 in the conference room on the 21st floor of Zijin Headquarters, No. 1 Zijin Road, Shanghang County, Fujian Province, China.

Shareholders holding H shares are required to submit a completed and signed reply slip no later than 3 June 2026 to confirm attendance in person or by proxy.

Completed slips can be delivered either to the Secretariat of the Board at 41/F, Tower B, Zhonghang Zijin Plaza, No. 1811 Huandao Road East, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian Province, or to the company’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong.

H-share holders must provide their full registered name, address and the exact number of shares held when returning the form to ensure validation of their attendance registration.
