NIO Inc. founder, chairman, and CEO Li Bin recently delivered an all-hands speech within the company and answered employee questions.

Li Bin stated that the comprehensive organizational transformation based on the CBU (Core Business Unit) mechanism has been implemented on a large scale across NIO Inc. this year. The company's rapid tactical adjustments and efficiency improvements at the operational level have demonstrated the team's strong combat effectiveness, with the Ledao L60 and new-generation ES8 launches showing the industry a different side of NIO Inc.

He mentioned that recent moves by range-extended vehicle manufacturers to launch pure electric large three-row SUVs and accelerate their product shift toward pure electric vehicles indicate that the pure electric inflection point has arrived. Because NIO Inc. has consistently focused on pure electric vehicles, the company can now concentrate on improving efficiency without distractions.
