CRRC Corporation Limited has issued an updated announcement confirming the cash dividend metrics for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The revision clarifies the renminbi-to-Hong Kong dollar exchange rate and, consequently, the precise dividend amount payable in Hong Kong dollars.

The board has maintained a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.12 per share, equivalent to HKD 0.138037 per share, using an exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.150311. Shareholders formally approved the distribution on 16 June 2026.

Domestic individual investors receiving H-share dividends via Shanghai-Hong Kong or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect will have 20% withheld. Investors in the Hong Kong market receiving A-share dividends are subject to a 10% rate.
