The board of directors of Shanghai Pharmaceuticals Holding Co.,Ltd. (SH PHARMA) has announced the election of Mr. Zhao Yong as an employee representative director for the company's ninth board term.

Mr. Zhao's election does not require approval from the company's shareholders at a general meeting.

He will join the other directors elected by the shareholders to form the ninth board of directors, and his term of service will align with the full tenure of that board.
