Roiserv Lifestyle Services Co., Ltd. (ROISERV) has designated current Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) Xu Shaohong Alex as Lead Independent Non-Executive Director, effective 29 April 2026.

The Lead INED position is aligned with the amended Corporate Governance Code under Appendix C1 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, effective 1 July 2025. Xu will focus on enhancing communication among INEDs, between INEDs and the full board, and with shareholders—particularly minority investors. The role does not create a separate or higher level of liability relative to other INEDs.

ROISERV’s board believes the appointment will strengthen board effectiveness, diversity and overall corporate governance practices.
